Well, it's not like those kind of transgender women don't exist, at my last University I was good friends with a transgender girl who was genuinely versatile in bed, despite being completely feminine in every other aspect of her life.

Also, not all transgender women want to go through with the surgery, the majority will never have SRS (Sex reassignment surgery). There are a hell of a lot of people who have had it and been deeply unhappy afterwards, because after SRS they feel like it's removed a large part of who they are (no joke intended).
