That explains the odd disappearance you just don't think it's that bad but thought it might be covid for obvious reasons. I still remember hearing that apparently he was hilarious backstage and he was always fun to watch.
I wonder if they disband Dark Order as they'll have his presence attached to it and it'll feel rather weird I would imagine. |

2020 continues to be a nightmare I want to wake up from. He was only 41 and I feel we only got to see a portion of his greatness in Wrestling. He'll be missed so much in Wrestling for his talents in the Ring and the way he carried himself outside of it. I'll see you on the other side ready to take a Closeline from you.
I rather see Dark Order continue in his honor and why not have finally Page join their group please. |

I was a big fan of Brodie's prior to his WWE signing. Loved that his name was a mash-up of Jason Lee and Brodie Bruce from Mallrats so I liked him more just for that. Was rooting a lot for him during his WWE days but when he got revealed in AEW I was ready to see him have some fun and really show everyone what he could do, heck, I even was looking forward to him maybe getting a little stint in NJPW next year. This one is such a bummer for me, it takes me back to when Eddie passed and hearing how much Brodie loved his family that's what is truly heartbreaking to me. I hope AEW continues the Dark Order stuff, they are immensely funny on BTE and I think they serve a purpose on both Dark and Dynamite. The group (and their skits) won't be the same without Mr. Brodie Lee.

Over-shadowed by Jon but wrestling legend Danny Hodge also passed away on Friday.

Breaking News:
Alex Shelly of Motor City Machine Guns is out of the Hard To Kill main event and will be replaced by Moose. For some undisclosed reason Shelly informed Impact he couldn't make it to the PPV. Moose being involved really ramps up the intensity of the match with him being a wild card. He believes the TNA title is the only real championship, which defames both the Impact and AEW belts. There's also the fact Moose doesn't care about the wrestlers he tags with and likes to use them as weapons, so expect Swann or Sabin to be body slammed onto Kenny Omega. |

Impact just set the bar for 2021 PPVs. Every match was solid and entertaining. They even squeezed in an extra match with Ace Austin against a surprise wrestler Matt Cardona. It was quick, but planted seeds for the future, which Impact is great at.
The main event of Kenny Omega & The Good Brothers vs Rich Swann, Chris Sabin & Moose didn't disappoint. Moose was the MVP of the night proving he's definitely main event material. Seeing 6'6" Moose doing a standing moonsault and a Spanish Fly to Omega from the top rope was insane. Moose even taunted Omega with Omega's own finger bang point. I could through the whole thing, but it would be better to see it instead of getting the play by play second hand. Hard To Kill is well worth the price. |
