WHA? Brad Maddox? No one in the fanbase cares about him.. my idea is much better. Barely see Maddox anymore except when he commentates on NXT and saying that Vickie is appearing less too. Where the hell was she on Raw. I know Vince was around but that is no excuse. I expect at least one showing even if it was just in the Triple H match discussion or something. ''It's the McMahons. Shit!! Run and hide!!'' That is what they should do at the start of Raw when McMahons take over then everything is cleared up.

I see Seven Churches mentioned it in number 12.

Fandango is getting the ic title at Payback.

Looks like Austin was spot on

I remember the faction warfare being incredibly boring to me, because I had to watch these guys I knew nothing about (like 3 of the 4 los boricuas, or the guys in D.O.A. besides Crush) do battle with each other in boring matches week after week. That was the stuff I'd have to sit through in order to get to the Bret/Hart Foundation vs. Shawn Michaels stuff.

I do think the Wyatt family is going to have great potential, though. And I'd like faction warfare a lot better nowadays because the other factions (Shield and 3MB) are some of my favorite guys. But I think the problem is that they need to add some face factions. They have these makeshift ones like Kofi plus the Usos, or Orton/Sheamus/Whoever, or Hell No plus another dude.

Maybe they could reform Legacy, only with Sandow instead of DiBiase Jr., or something. Or team up the 3 "Heyman guys" (Brock, Punk, Curtis Axel)?

Btw my girlfriend, upon hearing the former Michael McGillicutty's new name: "That's the worst name ever."

Yeah, I agree

The Nation of Domination vs DX feud was good later on, but Los Boricuas and DOA did nothing for me.

Curtis Axel is a great name. If any name is the worst ever it would be Michael McGillicutty.

Will wait for 7C's review on Main Event but before that, here's a spoiler for those who did not watch Main Event tonight. The crossface chickenwing from Antonio Cesaro.

Quite predictably, Sheamus won the match.

Default Bring back some attitude.

I still feel confused that Vince thinks we do not care about the wrestlers. He is the one that sold-out his business to do anything the fans want. Didn't he fake a car explosion once? WE care about the wrestlers because without the wrestlers, there would be a lot of boring crap on TV. I miss the "Attitude" that was in wrestling. Now, there is all this dancing, all that "mic-skills" crap that has no business in wrestling. What was the whole point to hire Hornswaggle AND keep him in the business? Why fire a great analyst to hire "JBL" and Mathews? Was UT seriously hurt by the Shield? He has not returned since that attack.

Thoughts on Main Event.

1.) Antonio Cesaro, as Josh Matthews described, is like Jason Statham. Interesting comparison, I was thinking just on looks since both are near bald. Sheamus vs. Antonio Cesaro. If you care about keeping track, Cesaro is 0-25 (random number) against Sheamus. That includes this match, and with that said, how can anyone find entertainment in this match? You know that Sheamus wins, so what's the point? Well, at least there's Antonio Cesaro's offense to enjoy. He did a couple different moves, which was impressive. Cesaro has a deep pool of moves to use. Here, he did a kick to Sheamus' head while it was against the ring post, a knee drop from the top rope, and a vintage crossface chicken wing! So Cesaro turned it on, and Sheamus was just there to do his stuff and win. A good match, it beats a squash, that's for sure.

2.) Recap time! Hell yeah! You gotta love it. If you don't, well, I don't blame you. It was the Triple H angle of tough love from this past week. The only recap they should show is Daniel Bryan's awesome RAW!

3.) So Josh Matthews explained the facepaint. I didn't pay attention to Cole's explanation. It's supposed to be renewed focus, claiming The Shield got this new fire or whatever out of them. I guess this is different, depending on wrestlers. Usos don facepaint, The Ryback turns heel, Daniel Bryan develops an inferiority complex. Now what if John Cena got more involved? Would he change? Eh? Anyways, the Usos are now in a streak. Yes, and not only that, here they had a more definitive, complete match. Rhodes Scholars lasted a great while with those guys, and the tag team match was above average. It was a nice tag team match. One thing to mention is commentary getting off topic. Miz would call Josh Matthews, "Miz circa 2005." Then Matthews suggested "Real World Miz." This was all talk in some fantasy match between Matthews and Ricardo Rodriguez. Who by the way, did you know that he knows wrestling moves thanks to playing WWE '13? Yeah right. Anyways, chitchat aside, time to move on.

4.) Dammit, I was hoping they'd actually show a recap of Daniel Bryan's RAW. It got praise from Jim Ross, from Chris Jericho. So come on man! The recap that aired here was The Ryback being a "mobster," according to Matthews. Just stuff from his ambulance riding days of now.

5.) After that, I didn't know until the announcement of Curt Hawkins, that they are in Long Island. That's the hometown of Ryder and Hawkins. Also Mick Foley. Commentary continued to be off topic. Spanish. Miz suggested Rosetta Stone for Rodriguez, and spoke some Spanish. 4 years of Spanish class in high school. Good for him. Anyways, short match, basically filler for the remaining 5 minutes of the show. Easy win for Justin Gabriel, Curt Hawkins at least got TV time. We all got to start somewhere...

Thoughts on NXT

1.) So to kick off this show is Jim Ross! He's there to preside over the contract signing for the NXT Championship: Bo Dallas vs. Big E. Langston. Ross mentioned how that title had led to success. He's right, only two champions, but both of them ended up in the main roster, hell, while they were still holding the titles. So while the title does mean a great deal, it's scary though how this ties into Bo Dallas. That would mean (if) him winning, means he gets on the main roster in short time. Scary because I wouldn't want him on the main roster. I'm selfish and picky for future talent. Anyways, both guys came out, Dallas dressed professional with a suit and tie, but the earrings killed it. Langston was in some funky looking champion. Anyways, Dallas wanted to say something. He said Langston has been in Wrestlemania, friends with Ziggler, impact on the main roster. That's stuff Bo Dallas all wants. He's set to sign a contract that will "change his life," and "make history." Yeah, sure, whatever. Langston got the mic, said he respects Dallas. He doesn't get to talk a lot, but he was really good here. He was funny. He said Dallas always smile, he's a geek, sleeps in footie pajamas, lives with his momma. Getting serious, he said he will crush Bo's dreams, in 5. I would've hoped so...ahh. Anyways, Dallas signed, Langston signed, and that's it. Wow, no table turning and stuff.

2.) Renee Young with Cory Graves. He has a tag team title shot against Harper and Rowan/ Graves said that while Wyatt plays mind games, in his mind, there are no games to be played. He's teaming with Kassius Ohno, but he admitted to never liking him. He can watch Graves on the apron, tear down the house of the Wyatt family, brick by brick. Sure. I want Ohno to talk about this.

3.) The first match of the NXT Women's Championship tournament takes place here: Tamina and Paige. Tamina was dominating for most of the match, leaving the door open for a rollup finish. The vintage rollup of doom. Ah well, at least Paige won. Paige took a superkick like a champ. A women's champ...

4.) Kassius Ohno! Yes, with Renee Young, and he's wearing a shirt depicting Mitsiharu Misawa hitting someone with an elbow. It looked nice. He talked about focusing on taking the titles from Bray Wyatt, since he holds them near and dear. So a solo purpose along with Graves, it will converge in the main event.

5.) Mason Ryan takes on the ever dangerous, Colin Cassady. He's so dangerous, you don't know his name! He's also so dangerous, he has to lose in 3 minutes, just so his threat to mankind is not exposed for the long time. Okay, Ryan crushed him. Maddox mentioning Cassady's background doesn't help at all.

6.) Sami Zayn was wearing an Operation Ivy shirt. Interesting. He's swoops in for the interview with Rene Young. He talked about his great debut weeks ago, and mentioned Antonio Cesaro specifically. Cesaro interrupted, and wants a rematch with Zayn. Zayn agrees, if he gets to know where Cesaro got his sweet man purse from. Cesaro got offended, wanted Zayn to repeat himself, and so that happened. It was met with a slap to the face, and a little scuffle that got broken up. Sweet, a rematch!

7.) Conor O'Brian came out to his original Ascension theme, the one when he was in a tag team with Kenneth Cameron. Short match with Alex Riley. Yeah, remember him? He lost, nothing special other than O'Brian starting the match, standing like a statue. Then sprung at Riley when the guy came at Conor. So that was the start. The other interesting part was the finish, O'Brian debuting a new submission move. Riley tapped out, looked good enough. So that's that.

8.) As the Family got on the stage, Wyatt cut a great promo. He said that only one thing scares him. Himself, and that he blames himself for Ohno and Graves coming back from the Family beatdowns. The Eater of Worlds will rely on his "brothers" to take care of Ohno and Graves. The match was really good. Maddox though, I must say that I got more annoyed at his commentary overall for this episode. It peaked with a stupid comment, saying that he thinked Ohno and Graves had teamed together in secrecy "for years." He clearly over-exaggerated the fact that those two just happened to have a good advantage for the Family. Not only that, but show that they can coexist. It's all coincidental, Maddox just doesn't cut it. Anyways, nothing else to complain about. The match happened, everyone looked good. Especially Ohno, who you can say is now a face. Has an issue with the heels, but his ring style didn't change to that of a face. I guess because it doesn't need to. The same thing could be said for Graves, although he tried a slingshot spinning dive onto Bray Wyatt, who interfered by hitting Ohno in the back of the head. That came when Ohno was mopping the floor with Luke Harper, and earlier, Rowan was sent out of the ring thanks to Graves. Bray Wyatt, as a result of taking the dive from Graves, sacrificed himself for the Family, as Harper nailed his clothesline for the win. Since the NXT Champion has not lost the title before, or even at the time, of their debut in the main roster, I wonder if this will tie with the NXT tag titles. See, with the Wyatt Family "coming" to the main roster, and with nothing seen of them losing those titles, this will be rather telling of how into it, the guys, including HHH, are in making NXT strong. The same could be said for the NXT Women's Champion, who could still hold the title when they get the callup. Or hell, maybe she is already on the main roster. Of course with that, I'm referencing the prospect of Summer Rae holding the title. Next week, anyways, will be...hard to watch. For reasons I dare not talk about until it happens.

I actually don't remember that. Good clip. Funny how the Nation ran right at them, like they believed what DX was saying. Also funny how Triple H became the racist one against Booker years later.

So, since when did Curt Hawkins start hailing from Queens? Strange they were calling him the "Prince of Queens" at the same time they were saying he was right in his backyard in Long Island.

Yeah, he sure DID fake a car explosion a few years ago, if I remember correctly, it was at their RAW at the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza in Wilkes-Barre, PA...I'm almost positive it was there because I think a friend of mine recalls having gone to that show years back....THAT angle blew my mind, but at the same time, I kept wondering WHY he would do it...I just didn't get it and still don't...I'm an old school fan, I grew up watching WWWF on MSG Network years back when they used to air those events...THAT was when it was fun and interesting.

It's still interesting, just not as much as before...to be honest, I miss the 'Attitude Era' in WWE too, that was really enjoyable, no question! Don't get me wrong, I've always liked JBL, even when he was a heel, but I REALLY miss J.R., I won't lie....the chemistry between Ross and Lawler? Not many had that connection and these two had it, no doubt about it.

Not sure about UT though, I think he may have been, but I really can't say for certain...
