i just noticed that classical music vids are posted in a thread named classical music DISCUSSION, the very thing which is added on other boards to indicate the thread *NOT* to post content in!

this is madness. i repeat my plea for PS to straighten out basic tree structure, such that pr0n/movies/tv/music all have parallel and obvious structures. and to label "ID" and "request" threads explicitly, so that one can tell WHICH of those 4 or more boards they come from. as others have mentioned here, one's user CP can end up showing 4 or 5 new posts for either of those, with nary a clue as to which is which -- one has "contributers only" tacked on; one has an exclamation point; a couple have ZERO difference.

and in some cases threads are cross-linked(?) to other boards, right? i mean, PATM index shows up places other than the PATM board, right?

i guess this is a good thing, but it just adds to the confusion of what's on which board. a cleaner "tree" breakdown would solve that.

cud we PULLLLLLLLLLLLEASE raise the amount of time allowed to edit a post?! 5 mins is ridiculous.

i use preview heavily, but it still doesn't stop me from finding even more typos once i hit "submit". then it's a mad rush to find/correct them all in the 3-4 mins remaining.

how about an HOUR? that seems reasonable.

other boards don't even have a limit. so i'm not sure how "prevents flooding" is really the case.

prior discussion about how thread falls out of "subscriptions" once admin intervenes i perhaps didn't have a concrete example at hand. now i do: THIS thread totally disappeared on me after the "signature" detour was spun off to its own thread! funny thing, i think THAT one showed up in my subscriptions -- even before i'd ever visited it -- but not the original thread.

i've now added to the thread, so it's back in subscriptions (in case anyone is checking). but definitely wasn't following thread split.

Up Download Thread I would added a few more file host for 1080p and 4k scenes just for this thread only. Having to unzip 5 to 15 files from Zippyshare is kinda annoying

Increasing the time of edits to30 minutes and posting from 1 hour limit to 2 hour limit is only fair

It takes me a long time to prepare and do a post esp. videos and I need the extra time to make sure the info is correct and in order posting both music then videos is time consuming enough not to mention the 5 hours per day beforehand I sprend editing and preparing the music/videos so they are user friendly to those who d.l it, they just have to plug & play Im the one doing akll the work...only to have half my posts deleted because of a short time frame Ill never be able to live up to...think Ill just stop posting altogether because the rules work against me

This will probably come across as condescending, trust me that it isn't.

You really have no idea how unreasonable/unrealistic your request to have an extended period for anonymous edits is.

I'm not simply saying that it won't happen, I'm saying that it can not and should not happen on this forum.
