I've seen a few references to making money from uploading to filehosts like FJ and K2S, and I have a few questions on that, because really, I could use the extra cash.

1. How is this done? Is there a tutorial somewhere?

2. How anonymous is it? Do people create burner PayPal or Venmo accounts?
I'm assuming the money doesn't flow directly into a named bank account.

3. How lucrative is it? If there needs to be 100 downloads of a file to make a lousy forty five cents, then I can't imagine it's worth the time and effort.

Any other thoughts/feedback that might be relevant would be appreciated.

The golden age of cash posting is over. The very, very few people who make real money have bots that spam the same stuff all over the net. It's not lucractive at all, unless you live in a very, very cheap (poor) part of the world. Then there is the streaming sites. Less people download than 5-10 years ago. This is obviously just my personal take, so I'll stand corrected.

Some yeas ago I counted it. Between around 2009 or 2010 and 2015 I made some 10.000-12.000 dollars with file hosts...it was years ago. I no longer post and don't know if it worth or not nowadays.

Best era was while Hotfile and mainly Filesonic existed. Then it began worse....

If you want to earn easy and decent extra cash, Twitter. Affiliate posting for albeit stupid dating sites abs dollar store items but it pays. Also model promotion. $$$ if u know the right RT groups and the politics of twatter.

It is possible to remain anonymous when making money from filehosts. Many people use burner PayPal or Venmo accounts, and you don't need to link a bank account to receive payments.

There are tutorials out there that can help you get started, but I would recommend doing some research on trustworthy sources first. As for how lucrative it is, that really depends on the amount of downloads and the specific filehost you're using. Some may pay more than others, but it's not likely to make you rich overnight. On a side note, I actually came across a review for Bingo Cash that sounded really interesting:
