Back in 1989 I worked in Morocco for a week, hardly had anything that was palatable and then came....pidgeon pie........which has filo pastry and icing sugar.....lots of icing sugar.
I had just come back from India and had a butt full of gammaglobulins and had every innoculation going.......but all my alimentary canal sphyncters opened simulataneously....was trapped......bog at one end and waste basket at the other.... didn't eat for 48 hours, could even keep down water.......looked like a walking grey skeleton

I can eat almost anything, but I hated beets the day I was born and still hate beets today.

A restaurant served me their special of the day. Trout, mayonnaise, fried beans and raw peppers. All on one plate. I ate it because I had a few glasses of wine. But I vomited it up soon after.

For me the worst food is food that's mixed.
For example in the State I live in 'hotdish' or 'casserole' is the most popular meal and for me that would be a non-starter WAY too much mixing going on. The tater tots for me is a fine enough meal all on their own. Likewise if you see me in a restaurant nothing is mixed; I'll have a meat plate, a bread plate, a fruit plate and a salad plate. Mixing is why I dislike CHEESEburgers and grilled cheese. That's enough weirdness, I yield back the balance of my time.
