I'd ban any image host that won't show the picture without running a script.

I would force high quality images in the Image Themes section maybe a min of 300k size I have seen a lot of 50k to 100k image that look like they were taken with a 6 year old cellphone. They even had higher quality images back in 1997 to 2004 they did not have super sized hq images they were still nice quality.

The Up/download Host Requests thread has been 'virtually' hijacked by snowflakes that bump their requests multiple times, over very short periods of time, and whine 'If all not possible then please zippy at least one please'. Selectively enforcing the rules has exacerbated the problem.

If the rules are not going to be enforced then they should be printed on soft and absorbent paper so they can be put to the appropriate use .

Posted a pic in the "Sitting Naked with Legs spread open" Thread but it got deleted because "oh no! her left tit is covered! she's clearly not naked!"

Maybe the Admins here should ask themselves, why it's always the same five posters who post in this whole subforum. This is nothing but frustrating.

Damn, the stories I could tell about having photos deleted but I like LarryO too much to put him in a bad position to have to spank me lol.

Anyway I'd reiterate the pecking order of how mods dont outrank admins. If an admin thanks a post it's basically good to go and should be left alone... not removed after the fact with an infraction to boot.

Overall suzy echosystem is very well. But I wish If I were admin I would like to change header logo image periodically
and likely to remove all shit image host which delete images too fast even sometimes in minutes.any dmca and copyright free imagehost should recommend using offshore servers. Because downloader's first impression is screencaps and thumbnail.

I disagree, I've never claimed to intimately know the rules for every section, sub-section, or thread - I don't go checking section/thread rules in areas I don't normally moderate before thanking a post.

Thanks from me on a post only indicate I appreciate (not necessarily approve of, or agree with) the effort of the poster, some people have assumed it indicates I, or other admins favour one side or another in a 'discussion' - that isn't necessarily so.

If a mod who is au fait with the section rules comes along later and deals with the post, my 'thanking it' or even responding to it, is not to be taken as 'evidence' that the post was 'good to go.'

The section moderators were responsible with developing the rules for the Image Themes section - those rules, and their interpretation are often discussed at length by the relevant staff.

This place is not a 'top-down' system, if you don't believe me on that, just go an look how different the rules are in Vintage & Classic (where there are no Admins on roster) to everywhere else.

why can't a post which HASN'T been replied to -- or even thanked, fine -- be edited forever? the "5 mins, time's up!" rush is nonsense.

i for one will not let a post stand which gets that hideous tagline affixed. it'd be one thing if it were discreet (like "edited" on facebook), but here it's not. it jumps out at u ansd ruins the whole aesthetic of a post.

if i run afoul of the deadline, i simply delete the post. i will not let "edited" posts stand.
