I wanted to DLa music file in the Journey thread:

Never heard of this host but decided to give it a try as a free user yesterday. When i tried to DL the file google flips out and tells me its a malicious program. You get the dreaded spam screen informing you that you might have a virus and to hit OK to buy a program to fix it. You are locked on that screen and can't get out. So I shut down my PC and come back to try again only this time with IE. Same exact problem happens with the warning messages. So I posted a message in the thread warning folks about this file host. Come back today and my message is gone. No PM saying it was deleted or why?

This same dangerous file host is there. I wanna know if anyone else is able to actually DL the file? How did you do it?

New problems have arisen with Solidfiles. All the links on a download page seem fake

It's not actually hidden - just that the actual download button is the smallest one on the page. The larger ones are advertisements which you click at your peril. Solidfiles are not the only host to do this (see Zippyshare for another) but once you know the trick they're two of the best hosts by far for free downloaders.

There's nothing wrong with your links - I just downloaded a file from this post of yours with no problem at all:

I'd go so far as to say Solidfiles is the easiest filehost to use of all. There's no capcha code to solve you simply double click on the correct download button.
