I got rid of almost everything under 720p

it's too bad that some pornstars retired just before the HD era

B@ngbr0z started to reissue some old scene remastered in HD (the quality isn't great but decent), but it's the only company so far.

I'm doing this too, i've got a folder specifically for videos that are too low quality and every now and again i'll go searching for upgrades.

It's crazy to see what quality i used to be fine with. got about 800 videos left to upgrade

Yeah, I always try to go for 640x480 with older scenes. I always end up liking mp4's a lot more than anything else too. And definitely try to get HD rips when I can of newer scenes.

Like Kacey, Kristina Black, Gauge, Christy Parks, Sabrina Johnson, Syren Smiles, and Daniella Rush. Especially Daniella who was perhaps the greatest female performer from Europe at that time, perhaps ever.

I'd rather downgrade than upgrade something, meaning lowering the resolution, the bitrate, or the duration (by cutting away useless scenes - usually only in a movie, which I tend to avoid anyway). However, I rarely get around doing it because with my number of scenes, it would probably take weeks to get everything down to normal.

My most extensive effort in that regard was the assembling of a Jeannie Pepper scene which was only 8 minutes long, but dispersed over 20 minutes and interrupted by other scenes. Did pay off, since it was really a nice scene

Topaz labs ai upscaling software is good but not very good(for now) because they're still in beta test and they keep to train ai.
