I've removed the pictures from your post here, they're not really suitable for this section nor necessary for the questions you have. Apparently you already know how to use an image host though, that's good and you'll need that (among other things) to post your videos.

First, you need to make sure that you protect your privacy. Be sure to review the content with that in mind before posting.

Then choose a file host to upload your videos to. 1fichier is a good choice as it's very easy to use for you as well as everyone downloading. You don't even need to register an account.

You go to 1fichier.com and on the top it says "Click here to select the files to send". Click it and it opens a window where you can navigate to your videos and select the ones you want to upload. You can select multiple videos if you want.

Once selected, confirm the selection and back on the 1fichier page, it will show you a list of the files you've selected. You don't need to bother with any settings on that page, defaults are ok. Then click "Send" and it will upload the files. Depending on file size and your internet connection speed, this may take a while.

When it's done, it will say so on the page and it will give you a list links, one for each of your files. Everyone who has these addresses can download the videos.

Your videos are probably most suited for the Amateur Hardcore Videos section:

I think it's difficult to recommend MPC to someone who, according to their own words, is not good with computers. The original MPC project stopped active development in 2008. MPC-HC was created, but active development stopped again, in 2017. In 2018, someone else took over MPC-HC development, but the software and updates are only distributed via GitHub. With two abandoned versions and only one under active development that's only distributed through an obscure way (for someone not familiar with it), this is a security concern. I wouldn't recommend it.

The VLC media player (videolan.org) is able to save video snapshots. It's very easy to use.

Dedicated thumbnailers are more sophisticated, but are more difficult to use.
AMT (funk.eu/amt/) and VTM (suu-design.com/projects_vtm.html) come to mind. There are many more, some of which are also not under active development anymore.

There's nothing wrong with going the easy way, so VLC will probably be your best choice.
