Spotify Player

I've started using Spotify in the last week for one reason only - it's the only way I can watch The Joe Rogan Experience now that it has moved from YouTube.

I'm having a problem with the Spotify player. When I open up a video or podcast, the video appears in a tiny little window in the bottom left hand corner of the player (see image below), and I can't find any way of increasing the size of the video.



I'm sure there must be a way I can do it - but I just can't seem to find it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Yep. That helped. So it just looks like they give a crappy interface for free users. Why am I not surprised.

Ok. So I finally gave into Spotify's endless emails suggesting that I try their Premium service free for 1 month. Signed up and now I get what you see below.

You will see that the video for the JRE Podcast being played is confined to a small window in the bottom right hand corner. Is there anyway of increasing the size of that video without going to full screen mode? I've tried everything I can think of but can't get it any larger than shown in the pic.



Any help would be greately appreciated.

They don't let you download the video? Then you could use VLC, or some other video player.

I didn't know you could download. So I went looking and found the download icon. I clicked it and the icon blinked a few times, so I think it downloaded but I'm not sure, and I don't know where it downloaded it to.

Now the video has disappeared entirely and I can't even restore the small video in the bottom of the screen on the righthand side, but I still have the audio playing through.

Jeeezzz!!! Spotify sucks balls!!!

I don't have Spotify, but do you need to use an app? Can you just download it from their website using a browser?

Anyway, if you know where I could download Joe Rogan, please let me know. I'm not a big fan, but I occasionally downloaded it from YouTube and now they aren't posted there anymore

Yep, I've got the destop app. They have a different app for the various different devices and you have to have it on whatever device your using to watch or listen. There's a free and a paid version. I recently signed up for the paid premium version on a one month free trial, but I'm probably going to cancel the subscription before the month is up considering how crappy their player/app is.

Joe Rogan moved to Spotify last year for a reported $100 million!!! If you search "Joe Rogan" on YouTube you can still find a few full podcasts - but not many. And if you go to the Powerful JRE channel there's nothing there at all except clips and cartoonised clips from his podcasts. So if you want JRE Spotify is the only place I know. Somebody is probably bootlegging and uploading his stuff but I don't have any sources.

I recommend using Spotify EZ Ad Blocker instead of premium. It works great.
