Adobe researchers have developed a new generative AI model called VideoGigaGAN that can upscale blurry videos at up to eight times their original resolution.

If it's anything like Photoshop AI and it detects porn / nudity, it will come up with a TOS message and it will not continue. You can work around this in Photoshop, but it's a pain in the ass. So I doubt anything Adobe puts out, will upscale a porn vid; Which is the reason most people on this forum will probably have interest in. I'm sure once they bring this to the market, it'll be its own subscription based app or bundled with Premiere Pro.

This seems more like a current events story, rather than "Tech Help".

You can make more high-quality upscales with Davinci's Resolve.
Although I doubt that If a video is already a blurry mess It will turn out perfect, even with the most sophisticated algorithm.
A 320x240 compressed video will look like crap, even If it upscaled to 4K.
