Moldova cracks down on crime of the century: Naked girls in libraries

You’d think an environment known for peace and quiet would be one of the worst places you could pick to film yourself doing things you probably shouldn’t do in public, but two women in Moldova decided to ignore common sense when they entered the National Library in the capital city of Chisinau and did… things for their loyal fans watching the show via webcam.

Concerned citizen Dumitru Balan forwarded the video to the police after seeing it online (it’s not clear how he stumbled across it), and apparently there are numerous reports of girls stripping down in other public libraries and cafes as well.

In a statement, a spokesman vowed that the perpetrators would be brought to justice:

"Public displays of nudity are not tolerated and nor are public porno shows. It seems that these girls are being paid by viewers to do this. They will be found and punished."

Maybe next time they could pick a more appropriate venue.

I’d suggest literally anywhere that’s not a library.

A blonde and brunette, who goes by the user name of hitgirl_tko on myfreewebcams.com, have been spotted entering libraries and cafes, stripping nude on camera and touching each other provocatively in front of pay for view clients.

In one raunchy scene, the girls show off their assets before the brunette gets on her knees behind the blonde, and imitates oral sex.

In another, the topless girls are seen brazenly kissing each other while an old man sits reading a book in the background completely unaware in the National Library in the Moldovan capital Chisinau.

Police believe that the two women are not the only ones putting on shows for clients and feel it could be part of a worrying trend of young girls using the free wireless access in public places so they can access clients who pay them to strip off and expose themselves.

A police insider said: "It takes money to set up a home WebCam studio as you need computers, and internet access amongst other things.

"Much easier to simply use what's on offer for free in places like public libraries, where there seem to be plenty of men prepared to pay young girls to expose themselves for the extra kick of sex in public – without any of the risk to the men."

Dumitru Balan, who reported the videos to the police, said: "I can’t believe these girls have the audacity to do this in our national library.

"It is supposed to be a seat of learning, not leering.

"This pornographic filth should be stamped out.

"I can’t believe no one noticed them doing it."

Chisinau's head of culture Lucia Culev said a review has been launched into security procedures at libraries after surveillance cameras failed to pick up what was happening.

A local police spokesman added: "Public displays of nudity are not tolerated and nor are public porno shows.

I've seen more than a few of these 'library strip shows' over the past couple of years. The girls are pretty daring, or pretty crazy, depending on your point of view.

I first visited PlanetSuzy searching for one of my favorite camgirls who used to do a lot of these shows. Her name was Jazzkitten and she would often cam from libraries and flash, strip and masturbate in the aisles. I think part of the attraction was wondering if it was all a set up or, if it was real, would the police come storming in to arrest her. Naked girls are crazy. Thank God for that! The internet is a richer place because of it.

Where I work (the NYPL 5th Avenue branch) this would be considered tame. With the closure of the reading room, there are now about a dozen 'study' rooms which have been used for several other S related activities. I've caught people indulging at least twice in the last month alone.

Depending on the behavior, it's either a warning or a week ban for the lesser infractions and a lifetime ban for the more salacious behavior.

LoL, While HitGirl_TKO and her companions seem to have made the big splash, theres at least a dozen girls on MFC that do library shows. One of them started @ Cbate and did them for well over a year almost daily until they banned the practice. She was somewhere in Calif.

Doing this sort of webcam stunt in California or other warm places makes sense because you can dress in minimal clothing and not look suspicious when you walk into the library. HitGirl is somewhere in Russia or Eastern Europe and Jazzkitten used to work out of Oregon and I've seen them all wear heavy clothes that they have to take off layer by layer to get down to their nude shows. I'm surprised that more of them aren't caught in the act. I've seen one or two girls get caught stark naked but that was only by another customer in the library and nothing much happened. Might be interesting to see Seinfeld's Lt. Bookman swoop in on a naked girl or two in the Teen Fiction section of the library to make an arrest.

I was at my local library about 5 years ago.

I don't usually go to the library but I went there to look for children's book for my kids.

They have free public computers for the customers separated into 3 different areas: adult, teen and children.

None of the computers have filters on them but they have screen covers which will keep you from seeing what is on the screen unless you are standing directly behind the person that's sitting in front of it and you are looking straight at the monitor.

I was there one day and I saw a guy using one of the computers in the teen area and he had his penis out and he was masturbating.

is there a reason why Cbate banned the practice? Is it becuz the girls are in danger or becuz Cbate didnt want to get in trouble?
