Funny you should say that because I have made an inventory of the studios she has worked for that are respecting the "innocent until proven guilty" maxim, and those that don't (below). All it needed was to look at their model lists and identify those which had removed her name.

You'll be amazed that there are more studios observing this maxim, than not!



Sadly though, the biggest of them all, MindGeek (Br@zz3r5, R3@l1ty K1ngs, D1g1y@lPl@ygr0und...) have already found her guilty:



Not sure what this entails if she's found innocent though. What is certain though is that Mercedes is smart enough to fall back on her feet!

And the longer she is imprisoned without trial, the harder it will be to return to something resembling normal life afterwards. By pretty much all definitions, that is her life ruined.

I'm not saying I believe she is innocent. I believe she is probably guilty. What I am saying, is that I find it sickening that someone is held for two years without a trial.

I am not making any judgement here. With the amount of counts they consider chargable, it looks like there was some form of abuse going on.

The pursuit of truth is never pretty though. The ugliest truth in any case where the person is not guilty of a crime is they'll carry that arrest on their record for life, for something they didn't do. Again, I'm not applying innocence to this case, but the possibilty exists. If she is innocent, it's wholly unfair to be forced to carry the false baggage for life. That's not justice at all in my eyes. Especially in a case where it an ex-marital matter and children are being used as weapons against a spouse and not cared for as a child. my two sense. carrion.

Guilty or not, her life is ruined, she will struggle so much for rest of her live, good luck finding job even if she is not guilty. Her porn career is over long time ago, no way she will come back.

She was one of my favorite stars and I hope she did not hurt that child in any way.
