The only good host I can use full speed to upload is Rapidgator.

Tried depositfiles and got a crap upload speed, zippyshare is average, fileboom hasn't ftp and also have a crap upload speed, and filejoker is a joke.

Any possibility to allow me to upload just in Rapidgator? It's a very good host, allow resume (with Jdownloader atleast) and has a good speed for free users (100kb/s while others is 50kb/s).

You can, but you'll likely get an infraction out of it. There are reasons these kinds of rules are in place; it is not to hamstring uploaders.

If you want to argue your point, the "allowed filehost" sticky thread is probably your best bet, but short of a major incident which shuts down one of the required file hosts, the applicable rule will likely remain in place.
