Hello dear mods & admins,

I am on the verge of creating a thread on GP section and I'm communicating with Old Ben but i think he is kind of having internet problems so its getting some time to answer all my questions so there is another thing i want to ask which you guys may help.

I want my links to be hidden for Guests and i dont want everyone to see them so they may survive longer, only interested people can browse and also im not gaining anything from my uploads.

So now when i try to preview my post, it seems hide doesnt work ?

I'm fairly certain the hiding of links does not impact the longevity of links.

I'm pretty sure it is to thwart lazy ass leeches from grabbing your links without saying thanks.

The hide function is also a means to ensure that only PS members can access the download links.

only PS registered members can see the link. it is a good prevention...unless you post other forums too.

I think it maybe certain sections of the board doesn't allow hidden (I think).

The hidden is diffrent looking when your using it yourself.You have to see the post when not logged in & see what it looks like.

I tested it while logged out and other members used this option in the same section so it should work there.
