Were those shelves not even held up with nuts and bolts? I can see the first row crashing and the one on the left when the forklift got pushed into it by the stuff that came down from the first row but the others?

Someone in a position of authority better hope that this video was faked ... God help the victims under the rubble if not.

Ironically the cause of all of this had a protective cage over his head.

I am trying not to laugh that shocked laugh after seeing the one guy to the right get crushed and again hope it was faked.

It's not that surprising really - all you need is for one of the vertical structural members to be deformed to its failing point and everything comes down. With the huge quantity of material being thrown out sideways the only thing that's surprising is that so many of the shelves to the left stayed standing.
