Taxi is a 2004 American action comedy film directed by Tim Story and starring Queen Latifah, Jimmy Fallon, Gisele Bündchen, Jennifer Esposito, and Ann-Margret. It is a remake of the 1998 French.film of the same name. An incompetent New York City police officer is banned from driving and comes to rely on a talented taxi driver to help him solve a series of bank robberies. The film was panned by critics.

Quite possibly the worst movie I've ever watched, top 3 anyway, with two of the most beautiful women in the world (Bundchen and Esposito). Wth was Gisele thinking hooking up with a squid like Tom Brady!!!???

It made 70 million against a 25 million dollar budget. It got 9 percent on rotten tomatoes and them dummies love garbage movies so that tells you something in itself.

One thing they did well was wreck vehicles, who doesn't love a good 50 car pileup.

The Equalizer is a 2014 American vigilante action film directed by Antoine Fuqua, loosely based on the 1980s TV series of the same name. Written by Richard Wenk, it stars Denzel Washington, Marton Csokas, Chloë Grace Moretz, David Harbour,.Bill Pullman and Melissa Leo. The film focuses on a former U.S. Marine turned DIA Intelligence officer who reluctantly returns to action to protect a teenage prostitute from members of the Russian mafia.

Excellent performances from all, a young Chloe Grace Moretz absolutely nailed her part as a forced young prostitute for the Russian mob... Marton Csokas killed the "really bad dude" role. The film made 200 million in theaters against a 65 million dollar budget.

Of note, Chloe does a PSA in the special features for Children of the Night which helps people wanting to get out of the sex trade industry... she studied with some for her role.

Originally Russell Crowe was going to bring this to the big screen but Village Roadshow Pictures and Sony co-financed it and went a different direction, probably for the best. Antoine Fuqua did a great job of directing, Crowe wanted Paul Haggis...

Who in their right mind would pick a fight with a guy in a hardware store full of killing instruments after he already put 10 of your guys in the ground on the street basically barehanded!!!

I love this song from Moby in the final sequence.

The Invisible Man is a 2020 American science fiction horror film written and directed by Leigh Whannell, loosely based on the novel of the same name by H. G. Wells. It follows a woman who believes she is being stalked and gaslit by her abusive and wealthy boyfriend even after his apparent suicide, and ultimately deduces that he has acquired the ability to become invisible. The film stars*Elisabeth Moss,*Aldis Hodge,*Storm Reid,*Harriet Dyer,*Michael Dorman, and*Oliver Jackson-Cohen.

Harriet Dyer is from The InBetween, a supernatural TV show in 2018 I think. It wasnt given a chance after 1 season but I liked it.

Just watching it now and its making the hairs on the back of my neck stand up lol. Kinda cool film with the brilliant Elizabeth Moss. It was made for 7 million and returned 145 million, cha ching.

This project actually started in 2006 with Johnny Depp as the lead slated in 2016 until they went another direction.

I have a ghost in my house and I jokingly said "see I'm not imagining you either" lol.

Well worth a scare.

Yesterday, a 2019 Danny Boyle movie.

Jack a singer trying to get fame, is been knocked out and wakes up in a world where The Beatles never existed.

I was expecting only comedy, but the movie is a little more deep. Especially, I like how it show talent is necesseary but you also need something else to make your way to be very famous.

Lily James is very cute in it. I saw her in some movies before (Darkest Hours, Baby Driver), but she's even more cute here.

Watched this over the weekend and really wanted to like it, but ultimately was disappointed. I just found it to be too derivative of John Wick.
