iTunes App Sync
I've got a question for those of you who are familiar with iTunes and iPhone. Everytime I download an App via iTunes, even though my iPhone is not connected to my PC, the App will be automatically installed onto my iPhone. I am not connected to the Wifi. So it uses my service provider's data instead. Is there a way to disable this automatic function? Reason being is my speed gets capped after 1GB of data usage.

This is because you are using iCloud, which downloads all your iPod, iPhone or iPad data to a dedicated server.
When you plug your iPhone in, navigate to the tab on the left panel which is your iPhone and untick the box that says "Backup to iCloud". It's a nice feature but it uses too much battery life, constantly searching for server changes (ie. new downloads or songs)
