What seems to be the problem and how can i fix it?

when i press "Enter" key it tilts, seems like password error but its only a blackscreen,

i think the monitor has no problem at all,

It seems to be a problem with the load of the system, try to use a restoration CD disk (if you have one created) or use the CD Disk of Windows Xp to restore the load startup of the system

It sounds possibly like the video adapter is set to a mode that the monitor cannot display. When you first boot the system, press F8 and bring the system up in VGA mode. If you get a screen then, check the refresh rate of the monitor. If you set it for 60hz you should get a screen on normal boot.

Is the little fan inside you box running? If not, could be the fan or the power supply. If it is on and stays on then bring up in the safemode and start your trouble shooting from there. I don't know your physical set up so it is hard to tell you what to do. Always eliminate the obvious first. Attach your box to a different monitor, attach your monitor to a different box. Check your connections. Sounds silly but trouble shooting is a process much like a crime investigation, identify the victim first. Hope this helps.

My sister had a similar issue to the OP. Had to do with a virus that caught her completely off guard. Since she didn't have a restoration CD, I was force to restore XP back to its factory settings for her, which removed everything off the hard drive.

sometime i found this problem..usually i try restore windows adn sometime i change my powersupply and that solve my prob

I would press whatever key you use to go into boot options at start up. Is different for every bios so stare at the post/splash/first screen you see and watch for a selection for boot options. Could be F2, F8, Esc, F10, or whatever. Don't be afraid to power on/off until you get it. It won't hurt anything trust me. You should get to a boot option selection. If not boot up and pull the power cord out or turn off power strip before it finishes. This will force windows into the boot configuration screen. Select "Last known good configuration" by using the down arrow and hit enter. It may boot into Windows perfectly, I'll bet. If not power down, go to list again, and select "Safe mode with networking". It should boot into safe mode where you can check to see what's going on. Please do this procedure before reloading windows or replacing parts. But what do I know, I only do this for a living.

Most likely your computer has been infected with some virus or viruses. There is a new virus that will prevent you from booting in the Safe Mode or even boting from the CD-ROM. You need to make a Boot Floppy for Win XP (consists of 2 files) and boot from the A Drive. You should be able to get into the BIOS and change the Boot Sequence to boot first from the floppy. This will take you to the Win XP Login Screen and will allow you to login. Before you login make sure that you are not connected to the internet (unplug the internet cable or wireless plug from the computer). Once you login run your antivirus program and clean any viruses; then run your malwares removal software; and finally run the program you use to correct errors in your registry. Once this is done you should be able to reboot.
