I just Ruined My Life

Respected Community members/mod/admins. I just need honest advice.

Recently my wife and children leave me alone due to my alcohol habbit. I am really regret about my mistakes. I was slept my wife due to this situation happen. I already decided and leave the alcohol permanently but my life has been spoil. at this time l locked my self in my home. no money in pocket. did not eat since almost 48hours.

kindly guide me what to do?

I don't have any experience with drug or alcohol abuse, but I do struggle with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. I can't really relate to what you are going through right now, but I do know that admitting you have a problem is the first step to getting better. Think of your wife and kids. Maybe you could call a prevention hotline. In the U.S., it's 988. Or maybe go to your local emergency room. I won't lie and tell you it will be easy, but the fact that you reached out on this forum tells me there is a part of you that still wants to live. Try to cling to that part, no matter how small, and fight! Also, try to eat something, even a small bite. And please, don't give up!!!!

This is the best advice you can get. Follow it, find some help and don't give up.

i called her and she is coming to home by tomorrow from her mother's home.
Thanks alot guys... I love this community. I was face problem and share with my community and i got really good response and help.

We all been through some rough moments in our lives, every once in awhile. We all had/have our own demons. But that doesn't mean that life can't still be enjoyable, once we get out from a rough time.

I am feeling glad i have many honest friends here. I am feeling really better now. waiting for tomorrow when my love will come to home. and i decided to leave alcohol.
