This is a massively outdated viewpoint and stereotype. Working with a trans or gay performer would carry no higher risk than anyone else with proper testing. I would suggest most proper studios, and performers with common sense, are very serious about that and get tested very regularly.

As someone else already pointed out, trans performers go through the exact same rigorous STD testing as anyone else in the industry, so the "hiv factor" isn't any higher than it is with any other performer.
