Unless it explicitly says "unlimited downloads" or words to that effect, assume no downloads are allowed. That's how advertising works. Nobody who is selling you something will point out the drawbacks of what they're selling, unless they're trying to convince you to buy the more expensive version.

Trust me, the bigger scam isn't realitykings, but the billing company's that manage payment for them *cough*probiller*cough*.

I also use western union pre-paid debit so I can just load enough on it to buy file host subscriptions. So even if they try to pull money out, there won't be any money on it for them.

Sure, I probably shouldn't have assumed but you would think that they would put a little disclaimer that tells you what you get with each membership, like other porn sites that clearly state what you will get.

Here's the thing, paying $45 dollars for one-month of RK is not terrible. Sure, I'd like them to be like Bang. Bros. with an all-inclusive standard membership price but If you have really fast internet, and a giant HDD, you can download a bunch of content. "Welivetogether" has 700+ videos, "8th street latinas" has 700+ videos and Inside the VIP (or whatever It's called) has 200+ videos. I could go on and on. If you have never signed up before, $45 for TB's of content is totally worth it but after that? maybe not so much.

Fortunately, I chatted with someone from their customer service department and explained my situation and the woman gave me free downloads for a month and canceled my recurring sub, which was tremendously appreciated.

I'm not upset as I was when i first found out that I had to potentially drop more money to download but I wanted to spread the word to anyone looking to make that jump to purchasing a subscription.

I will say, as I've now got more money in my pocket, I tend to just purchase porn to avoid the slow downloads and, sometimes, crap quality. I think It's worth it.

There are two reasons I wouldn't join a porn site.

1. Some (most maybe) use a third party to handle accounts/payments. Thats insane to me, highly shady.

2. Daily download limits. On one hand, I get not wanting customers to only sign up for a month or two and download the whole damn sites library; but at least make a higher priced option (like 3-6 month subscriptions) that aren't daily capped.

I was checking a site out recently, and they had 20gb daily limits. Not horrible, but not something I find exactly fair.

Why? Especially for smaller sites, setting up their own payments system would probably be completely impractical and too expensive.

These are definitely the exception rather than the rule... I've been a subscriber to over twenty sites, only one of them had download limits.

There are more than a few stories I read looking up a specific site's reviews when it came to having a hard time canceling membership renewals because the 3rd party would not take action in a reasonable time frame. Some folks were saying their emails would be ignored, and their phone calls unanswered.

Admittedly, I have 0 personal experience with dealing with pornsite memberships, but I considered joining 2 sites until I read about the difficulties that can be involved. Then their is the whole get a re-loadable debit card hassle to prevent fraudulent charges.
