While searching for Carlos Tobalina movies as Vinegar Syndrome releases I found this strange film, and i can confirm you that John Holmes IS in this movie. He fucks the woman on the palm leaves instead of the good looking guy, who seemingly can not get it up or is not supposed to. You can determin it on a birthmark on the right groin of the faceless actor, same birhmark can be seen in "Four women in Trouble". And also his cock can not be confused with that of another man.
