Accidental softcore scene releases, but only in 1080?

Curious if anyone else has run into this before? It has happened twice for me.

First time: I downloaded Carmen Luvana's scenes from the movie "Racer X" and noticed that the scenes did not end with a cumshot. I found a version that streams from the web and noticed that one did have cumshots. I then spent a lot of time scouring for the correct version, but it seems like the only 1080 rip on the entire internet is the softcore one.


Second time: Nina North did a scene for FamilyHookups called "Turning on my Stepdad", but if you download the 1080 version anywhere on the web it'll be the softcore one that ends without a cumshot. Video runtime will be 25min 58sec. The proper hardcore version is 26min 46sec but only available in 720.


I always thought cumshot-less porn was strictly meant for cable subscription porn channels 20 years ago, so it's bizzarre to me that there seems to be modern releases of porn that are this way.
