I use El Capitan. I ran DiskWarrior 5.1 and found 21 damaged/cannot be repaired property list files. I used Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate for Mac and I deleted all the copies I had of WVCU for Mac with AppCleaner. I then ran DiskWarrior again and found those 21 damaged files. What should I do to remove those damaged files?

Try using the Permanent Eraser tool. It's free, and available on the Mac App Store.

This utility is also very good for totally wiping out files that you would like to be unrecoverable from a forensic examination of your machine.
