A friend of mine complaining about how bad her hair looked today and not realizing how utterly beautiful she looked. I had to smile.

(I actually made my friend smile and laugh, I told her "my god your right you look horrible and I smiled at her with the biggest warmest smile possible and she just laughed and smiled).
