Toto is right. Let us know what file you are trying to upload x1800.
Also, try uploading the same file on to another service and see if you experience the same problem.

I've been getting this message for last week, can't upload at all. I know the images i was trying to up were not blocked. I tried to up them with different resolutions but nothing works. I also upped the images to different hosts & all went through.
