I have said this before:
When Staff delete a post, or in this case a thread, they should have the decency and courtesy to PM the poster/thread starer to let them know the reason for this action. This isn't only about good manners (though they are important), but because explaining to a member exactly why their post/thread was deleted will help them to avoid repeating the same mistake in the future. If some one says: "What if the Mod is too busy?", I can only say (paraphrasing Mr Pink from Reservoir Dogs): "Too busy shouldn't be in a Mods fuckin' vocabulary"...

I know they'll give me a political excuse but an election for a "thing" isn't the same. I just wanted to drop by and and shout it from the rooftops that we'll have recreational weed now and some uptight person had to ruin it for me.

I think the best way to satisfactorily resolve this issue, is for PS to send Penny a gift voucher valid at her local cannabis dispensary for 1 oz of fine bud.
In turn, however, Penny should undertake to hold back her attacks on the Doctor.
