How to Create a New Thread without Permissions
I am looking to start a new thread, and I don't believe I have permissions to do so. Is there a way to request one?

You may start a new thread in any section as long as it complies with the rules.
Some sections do not show the new threads automatically, like PATM or Kinky, since new threads must be approved by a mod before being visible to all users. If you have doubts with the rules, contact a section mod (section mods appear in the bottom of the main page in every section)
