I gave Pornspective a very short try, there are already things I don't like:

• Not portable, you HAVE to install it
• Doesn't ask whether to create desktop or Start menu icons, so you have "Pornspective" everywhere, not very discreet
• No option to tell it where to store data, so it dumps everything on C: drive, no matter where you install it

I have mine by Model--->Studio-->Set Name for models. I try to number each set and track the origin date if possible. Especially for a model's website. Lot to keep up with though....

Then for my major video sites I have/had memberships for I do Video Site-->Model Name-->Set Title.

The issue I have had though recently if the loss of a couple of precious external hard drives. Hoping to recollect what I lost.......

Well, I have my collection on my portable hard drive (1Tb). To get to it is very difficult and I disabled the function to search anything on the portable hard drive so if you search "Kendra" for example, nothing will show up cause I don't have any file with that name on my ssd or internal hard drive. Next you need to active "Hidden Items" and go to a file named "Toshiba Canvios". Next you just follow this steps:



Then you have reach the porn folders. I have several folders. Each folder image represents my favorite pornstars and them for each pornstar I have the for all the same pose. In the second screenshot the icons are large and not very large because I couldn't fit everything on a screenshot:



Then let's chose a random girl that I like in this case it will be Emily Willis. Some pornstars only have one video and a few sets (the "normal ones"), others have a few videos and even more sets (like Emily Willis) and a few have a lot of videos and a ton of sets (like Kendra Spade, Kylie Page, Autumn Falls and another one or two) .The ones on "Zothers" are girls that I only have photos or videos because they are not my favorite:



If you're curiose I got my folder images by choosing a pornstar's picture and crop it to a square. Then I went to a site called "Icoconvert" and converted the jpg to an ico file. Then I saved it on the folder named "Icons" and applied to every folder. It takes times but this wasn't done in 1 day, not even 1 month.
I saw that some were recommending "Pornspective" so I'll give it a try.

I organize by month, with some folders sitting outside of the monthly folders for memorable sites/pornstars/series.
EDIT: I also have installed PornVault, but I just prefer good ol windows explorer.

As a Mac user, I am using Videlion video organizer, which is available on the App Store. It's not perfect, but it's very helpful for previewing and tagging videos on internal and external storages.

Latest version has all of these items addressed and solved
