I also have good news and bad news...

Good News - I have recently retooled my workflow again in order to use ProRes 422 STD files. I was previously using ProRes 422LT. This should result in more fine details being preserved. the drawback being that the working files are much larger. For example, the Lichelle Marie and Brooke Belle scene I just posted had a working file that was 74GB.

Bad News - The health of my 13 year old daughter (who is non-verbal autistic) has recently taken a sharp decline. We are waiting on a confirmation of diagnosis for her. The genetic disorder she has is degenerative and she will only get worse. we (my family) have had a hard time coming to terms with this and she is now home all the time since she is now unable to walk. Basically, I have less time than I used to, to work on this stuff. I will still be cranking them out, but it likely will be hit or miss sometimes. I may not have a dozen to put up each week but I will do what I can.

Not likely. I save 4K stuff for things that are personal favorites usually since the processing time to do 4K is MUCH longer. A 30 min scene at 1080 takes a couple hours. A 30 min scene at 4K takes about 8 hours. If I ever get a faster card like a RTX 4090, then I will do much more 4K stuff. But that card is a little out of my price range.

After our PMs I've been upgrading some files too and I use ProRes LT. With 720p files I usually do Iris->Proteus so 4X upscale, and with some files that are 60fps the working file ends up 250gb lol
