Just finished up the last season of game of thrones. I actually liked the ending; which surprised me because of how much bitching I saw about it. The only minor issue is the DUMB FUCK that shot the 3rd episode overly darkened the episode called everyone a idiot when they called him out on his shitty job with the camera . I guess there will be major lighting editing to do before they can release it to bluray. (That dumb bastard ensured I will not buy the boxset when it is released; just admit you fucked up and dont blame the fans)

I started supernatural though, seems great so far.

Next week has a couple new series in the works. The first one of interest to me is Reef Break with Poppy Montgomery who is such a treat to watch onscreen, she is yummy lol. It is another one of those shows where everything is neatly packaged and not a lot of guessing is needed but I will give it a chance. Summary below:

Cat Chambers' less-than-perfect past as a thief gives her an instinctive gift for understanding crime and criminals, which comes in handy in her new role as fixer for the governor of a Pacific Island paradise. As she becomes enmeshed in fast-paced, high octane adventures and island intrigue

The next one is Grand Hotel, this one is by uber hotty Eva Longoria and is jampacked with eye candy so it gets one chance to pull me as well. The main reason I will tune in is because Longoria is so fucking hot lol.

Band of Brothers (Marathon)

It's been raining all week and it will rain all day today. Haven't seen the the series in years and I am just in the mood for a marathon of some kind (almost did Lord of the Rings).. Not sure if I will watch the entire series today or split it up.

I wish I liked the Pacific series better because I am in the mood for that setting more than the cold of Europe. There is just to much "not war" stuff in the Pacific series. Maybe tomorrow?

BOB (not Bl@ck on Blºndes) is an extremely good TV series that gives an excellent portrayal of the European campaign of "Easy" Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, of the 101st Airborne Division.

I have watched it many times since it was first released, and each time is as fresh as the first viewing.

I'm so sick and tired of all the editing in shows these days and I long for single camera continuous scenes ... when you only have a few days to learn a script they edit out the cuts and screwups in dialogue.

Fight scenes that include the actor and not doubles or stunt people are done in slow motion and sped up ...

Reef Break was a disappointment and way to "tidy" and predictable but Poppy is hot.

I watched the tail end of The Good Wife that they spun off into The Good Fight and am really enjoying it after 4 episodes. Apparently on another network it is in the 2nd season but I wanted to start from scratch without bingeing it.

One character I really like is Sarah Steele who is so much fun to follow.

Christine Baranski is such a great actor ...

like Mash, Magnum, MacGuyver.. We don't watch any of them exept
on Sundays.
