I think a lot of the things mentioned here are extreme fetishes and thus would be unusual to like in the first place, to the point of being sexual deviations. More subtle dislikes are far more interesting to try and figure out. Take mine, for instance:

I don't get turned on by porn with black, male actors. Considering my personal agenda against racism, this one puzzled me for a long time. I think it boils down to me, as a white guy in a country with relatively few blacks, being unable to identify with a scene where a black guy is the main male participant. To get turned on I really need to "insert myself" into the scene and pretend that it's me fucking the beautiful girls. Seeing a black dick pounding them just reminds me that no, that's not me.

Now that I think about it, the same goes for asian guys too, but to a lesser degree. Same reason, except their skin color is similar enough to mine that I can still insert myself as long as they don't show the guy's face.

As a white guy, I just can't get turned on by watching black guys with white girls. I think you have stated a very good reason why. It is hard to imagine yourself in the place of a black dick.

That's an easy question. I can't relate to most modern porn really. I grew up watching the 70's, early 80's stuff. There is too much of the males controlling the women in today's porn for me and jerking off on women's face does nothing for me. It doesn't turn me on to see a woman being gagged to death and mascara running down her face. I don't get the turn on with with a woman laying down and the guy gagging her to death with his weapon, but I guess my age is showing here. That's not at all how that works. A fetus doesn't get affected by its mother having sex at all, nor does the penis get far enough into her that there'd even be the slightest chance of any contact or "dodging". A quick Google search would have resolved that issue for you ages ago.

To put it another way: How many couples do you think turn celibate when the girl becomes pregnant? Very, very, very, few, and those that do do it only out of lack of knowledge.
