I'm very pissed off with myself. I overslept and missed a mental health appointment this morning that I was very much looking forward to (having a lot to process and catch up on) and I haven't been sleeping much or well and suffering panic attacks that makes it difficult to breathe.

Too much shit going on.

Two things pissing me off at the moment:

First: What the fuck is that constant beeping?

Two: Technology. My cell phone has begun to misbehave it's not charging and it's randomly opening apps. One of my parent's complains about not having a smartphone and I don't understand why ... they're actually really dumb and in those moments that they're about as useful as a paperweight you really do want to throw them.

Also my state-of-the-art Alienware PC that cost a shiny penny and only about four years old now no longer updates because Windows 10 is the worst fucking OS that was ever programmed. My basic Windows XP desktop ... lasted nine years before the Blue Screen of Death.

A slight recent annoyance is my insurance agent calling me to discuss my policy and offer more insurance ... it makes me LESS inclined to add insurance and adjust my policy and MORE inclined to consider shopping for insurance elsewhere.

I know that feeling about november, also everything goes wrong for me on that month. But december is not better either. Yeah i don't like christmas.

Before the Pandemic I would have a Do-Not-Go-Out-Unless-Absolutely-Necessary policy between 11/1 and 1/7 because of the insanity that usually encapsulates the Holiday Season.

For many reasons I don't like Christmas and without crossing political or religious lines one of those reasons is just how early it's advertised! It seems less and less Halloween stays in stores before Christmas butts in!

Yeah, every year i see earlier christmas advistments... But also i don't like christmas, due to fact... I broke with my first GF on christmas.
