Here's screenshots of Tracert for websites that do not open at night and the loading circle just keep turning and turning and the webpage shows white:

Deposit Files, FBoom, Keep2Share, Depic.me (image hosts), S%xy&F@nny.

It's always step 2 and/or 3 that times out.

BUT here's TracerT for 3 of the many websites that are now working fine for me: Facebook, Google and DSL Reports.

They are also showing step 2 and 3 timing out except for DSL reports not showing any time out but all these sites load completely immediately.

I asked 3 friends in 3 different part of the world to try those websites that I have problem with between the early evening and 5 am Central time every day for the past week;

they are experiencing the exact same problem during that same time and no problem whatsoever during the rest of the day.

They are not on the same ISP I am on: AT&T UVerse DSL.

What is step 2 and 3? Is it an AT&T server that it has to go through?

I suspect it might be DNS if it is step 2, because that's when a DNS server would be asked to convert a domain to DNS.

Sounds really strange though that this happens just on those three sites.

Try using Google's DNS instead of your ISP's DNS or whatever you are currently using.
I don't have problem accessing any of the sites you mentioned. They are up for me 24/7.

Are your download speeds consistent on these sites? I can load K2S pages in all the time, sometimes DF pages dont load late in the day. My main problem is basically what Namcot and others have issues with. Between 5:00 am CST and about 9:00 am, speeds are normal. Then there is a big drop(to 1/3 of normal), then a gradual drop to complete crap(1/12 of normal) until the next day at 5:00 am. Just strange being just these hosts.

Are you talking about free download speed?
I always use premium account to download from filehosts so I have no idea what free dowload speeds are like.
As for K2S, I do regularly download during the problematic hours you mentioned and it always maxes out my 120Mbps download speed. It's even faster (300Mbps~700Mbps) when I download to my server.
