I'd recommend using a dictionary file in your cracking tool to expedite the cracking. You can find many dictionary files with a simple Google search:

There's also a more advanced method that's called Rainbow Tables. You can find a big selection of them here:

There's also a very advanced tool called Hashcat which is able to crack just about anything and is freeware and open source. I found some instructions on how to use it to crack a rar file from the command prompt here:

The directions are for Linux, but it should work the same in a command prompt in Windows, just be sure and run it as an administrator.

I was unable to find a crack for the Rar and Zip password crackers mentioned here, but maybe someone can search and have better luck than me. I did find a torrent for a tool called RAR Password Unlocker, but I can't vouch for it. More than likely, your antivirus will identify the crack/keygen as a virus but 9 times out of 10 it's just identifying it as a crack or keygen which antivirus software considers hostile. You can upload the whole package to virustotal.com and make sure the regular executable files aren't infected, but if you're at all concerned, I would run the crack/keygen in Sandboxie. This creates a virtual system that's isolated from the rest of your computer and if there's a virus in there, it won't let it escape the sandbox it's created and you'll be safe running it from there.

I've tried searching online, and have used the password list on the first page of this thread.

Have you looked through your Control panel and your stats, it shows which posts you have "Thanked"
Can you give a bit more info, What DL hosts do you use, File size, which part of the forum do you use the most, If its PATM there are very few posters who password their posts.
The part "4ngd-7" could be "Banged" ??
I would try all the Dr Doom variations, Idle, planetsuzy.org, torgo, zrko, ultraadictivas.com, oron.com and if its a pic set try koth

i use all of the file hosts, from dfiles to filejoker to rapidgator, filefactory, etc
I usually download from the patm high def section, but if that's not possible w/ a particular actress, then i will use the Standard definition section
