I think AT&T may have fucked up. I didn’t reload my account last week so I was out of data. I woke up yesterday morning with emails and Twitter notifications. I even did a quick internet browsing and that worked too. I checked my account and they haven’t billed me. Right now I’m somehow connected to a vpn that says I’m in Canada and basically using free data. I’m going to go with this as long as I can.

Just a little advice, all data flows through your carrier in order to get to a VPN and counts toward your cap in most cases (and actually uses more data than regular surfing) unless you are on public wifi. Be careful you don't get a nasty overage charge if you weren't inadvertantly switched to a wifi network (which some apps do without asking you first).

A lot of people have cable/internet that they never use. When people are home, switch off your mobile data and switch to your wifi which most these days have minimum 100Gb of data available which is almost impossible to exhaust in a month even if streaming all day. It's not calculated the same as mobile charges and goes way further. On home wifi a 10 minute video uses about 45 Mb of data compared to half a Gig on mobile data.

I'm a lifelong Badger fan, grew up in WI and of course I'm an ASU fan, alumni, but watching Illinois upset the Badgers today was awesome to watch. The sense of elation, fans rushing the field, such an amazing scene, good on you Illinois!!
