Alison Brie lost weight whilst getting into shape for "Glow". Apparently she was only a very reluctant, sporadic visitor of the gym prior to that role but the fact that she was going to be doing some fake wrestling meant that it was rather important she put on some muscle.

And wow, I didn't know Betty Gilpin had such a nice rack. I mean, they looked great in spandex on "Glow", but unlike Alison Brie, she didn't get them out on that show.

Shame she destroyed her body and good looks with too much plastic surgery.
Though supposedly she had some psychological issues after one too many bad relationship.
