I am generally pretty easy-going as to what I ask of female porn performers but I gotta vote for Nicole Aniston.
First because of what she did to her face. How does someone who looked so stunningly classically beautiful decide she needed to butcher her face like this?
Second and most importantly, there are few long-lasting performers that make it as obvious on film and on social media that she *doesn't like her job*. It is the weirdest thing. I have seen one-filmers look bored and uncomfortable and I get it - they try, it doesn't do it for them, they stop - but someone with her track record still managing to look over it 90% of the time amazes me.
It is subjective though - she is not the worst performance-wise but she is definitely one with the biggest gap between what-could-have-been and what-is IMO so that's why she got my vote off the top of my head.
