I still have probs with wifi so i switched to wired because all the fixes that are mentioned did'nt work for me.

Now i'm using Lubuntu LTS (14.04), but i started with Redhat 6.3. I think the best distro is the Debian.

Linux Mint 17.1- I have used Ubuntu, Tiny Core, Zorin OS, Fedora, ....... but Mint is my favorite
