I'm getting the same thing with FBoom. I just tried to download a 353MB file as a free user which would take 2 hours but when I came back to check on it, it had cut off at 266MB. This isn't the first time this has happened with big files from FBoom. There isn't much point uploading large files to FBoom if they are going to cut out before the download has actually finished

K2S on the other hand is pretty reliable, the links usually stay alive a long time and the downloads always finish

bleh same company. moneyplatform. SLOW sometimes ul.to is slow but not as often.... and I pay what $17 for this now

The trick is to wait for the download link and press it AS SOON AS IT APPEARS because it only stays active for one second. If you press the refresh button on your browser, it will again be active for one whole second. So you have to be quick!

And yes, it is complete BS! IT WILL loose them business in the end.

I have not been able to DL either as a free user. You don't even have time to click on the link before its gone. If they are doing this to scare away free users then maybe its time for PS to stop allowing them here.

If you are too slow, refresh page and they give you a working link

Anyone having any issues trying to download as a free user on fboom? Some of the files I DL from fboom stop downloading a few minutes into the DL. That really doesn't happen on any other host.

Almost as if they lost me. Or is that a ploy to get free users to switch to premium?

Identical if not the same issue. It starts with a 40 to 50 kbps speed and hangs out there!

Has fboom limited free user dload speed to a measly 50 kbps now??

A user's K2S links are all showing "This file is available only for premium members. Premium only", even for file sizes below 250 MB.

Can K2S uploaders disable free downloading, and if so, why would they?
