I like both fake and real boobs but in both cases they have to look right. I don't find big tits with really large, nasty looking nipples and areolas to be attractive. Nor do I like tits that sag a great deal. One of the problems I have noticed with women who get implants is, if the surgery is done poorly, it will distort their nipples and end up looking really bad.

Examples of porn stars who have really great fake boobs are Sana Fey, Tonisha Mills, Shyla Stylez, and Nikki Benz. I am a personal fan of Mckenzie Lee's rack as well mainly because I like the Tits-On-A-Stick look though not all gals can pull it off.

Pretty much any pornstar (or any woman for that matter) who gets a boob job automatically loses my interest. One exception would be Valerie Kay. I don't know if hers are actually fake. B@ngbr0$ lists them as "natural" in her profile page and as "enhanced" in one scene's description, but just by looking at her you can tell her ribcage is kind of sunken, a condition known as pectus excavatum:



So if her boobs are fake, she must have gotten them done to make that a little less obvious, which is a pretty valid reason to do it in my opinion. Also, if those are implants they're some damn good ones, because they look like actual flesh and not like skin-covered lumps of plastic.

I'v noticed how odd her upper body looks as well. Decent tits if they are indeed enhanced. I think she has other work done as well so maybe she got a good deal if she got multiple procedures (shrugs)
