Only hope is a triple threat or Rock getting injured somehow..
Still Cena WILL win at Mania, it has basically been set in stone since they were blabbing about the year of Cena. I think they clearly ment that. Again unless he gets injured but he always comes back in next to no time anyway. Ziggler and Daniel Bryan could be the new big stars for WWE going forward, all the signs are there. I think they are reluctant to push the 'smaller' guys for whatever reason. Maybe because they clearly have more wrestling talent and he doesn't want to show up his top crop. I can't figure it but I bet Ziggler is feeling somewhat like this.. |

I actually think the WWE has more good, young(ish) talent than they've had in like a decade right now. Ziggler, Rhodes, Sandow, Sheamus, ADR, Barrett, Ambrose, Rollins, Cesaro, Bryan, Big E, Kassius Ohno, Bray Wyatt, Ryback ... plus add in some guys that are "potentially really good" like McGillicutty, Hunico, Swagger, O'Neil, Reigns, McIntyre ... they really could have a good roster in the future if they don't fuck it up with bad booking/writing. They even have good divas in development.
As long as they have Emma doing this ring-entrance, burtog will be a fan: Quote:
And I hate Ryback more than anyone, but he only got the monster main eventer push because of Cena's injury ... they needed someone to fill the main event role for a bit, and it was Ryback by default. He's not ready to be anything near the main event, IMHO. |

don't forget Ted Dibiase. Ha. I forgot he was still there before he turned up for 5 seconds talking about the anti bullying campaign on the Royal Rumble fanfest

Jack Swagger to win the smackdown elimination chamber and get the world title shot at Wrestlemania. Always weird listening to Tony Schiavone call WWE matches, but here he is with Lord Alfred Hayes. We get this WWE vintage match every week on smackdown to fill the time. This week it is Judy Martin vs women champion, Rockin Robin . Interesting fact, or maybe not the first ever women match I saw was the same two women only a different event, Rockin Robin vs Judy Martin at Royal Rumble 1989 I'm a fan of the reformed ADR. That could all change very quickly. smackdown just ended. Elimination chamber announced as Great Khali vs Hell No vs Ziggler vs Orton vs Sheamus. The winner gets a world title shot at Wrestlemania. Ziggler wants no part of it because he has the briefcase. Fair enough. That makes him a chicken of course, so Booker makes him fight ADR later. Jack Swagger makes a winning return and beats Kofi Kingston. He says he should be in the chamber match. Orton might be the favourite for the elimination chamber, but then he might not be. Sheamus could eliminate him and that finally sends Orton over the edge. Khali could always be replaced. I think Swagger will be the sixth man. I'm backing Swagger at the minute. Was the world ready for another Wade Barrett vs Randy Orton match? it seems we were. Orton wins. No head scratching involved here. Orton has the big match coming up, and Barrett isn't doing anything ( because he is never doing anything). This all seems very familiar. The match with Ziggler and ADR was pretty good. ADR gets the clean tap out win. Something familiar about this as well. Looks like we will be getting ADR vs Big Show at EC. The end is near. Lucky us. |

Khali is a waste now of screen time. He looks scary but a few wooden chops do not make a WWE superstar. Guess they keep him around for the Desi market. The one I feel bad for is Natalya. What the fuck did that poor girl do to end up stuck in skits with Khali and Hornswoggle?

Nice review, Alan.
Jack Swagger has ability, but I'll never back him for as long as he looks like a 3-year-old who just got a haircut for a family picture. Weak-ass gimmick too, but his hair is the main reason I dislike him. Same goes for RVD. I had a dream once that I came to TNA and delivered a promo about how I was going to kick RVD's ass because his hair looked stupid. Not even joking. Why in the hell is Khali still around? Dude can barely walk and he sure as hell can't talk. His only claim is his height. Every week he jobs, mothers are saying to their infant children "Oh, he's big! He's going to win!" and they are liars. Barrett is a lot like Ziggler. Deserves an honest shot but will never get one. And it's too bad because I've always liked the guy. Plus his newest theme is pretty cool for the first three seconds or so. |

Must be some energy scheme India are running with WWE, and Khali has to make so many appearances.Typical tv bs. worth millions of dollars etc etc. I don't know.
Once again he manages to get in an elimination chamber match. He is probably there to take an rko so the crowd can go ''wow'' , but really there will be no reaction. Providing he makes it to the match. Somebody should give him a beat down and take his place. |
