Vince loves the fact that the vast majority of paying fans are the gap toothed hillbillies living in trailer parks or other such places. People with no memory to remember what happened on the shows/ppvs even recently. They bring back guys that were already on the roster previously with a new gimmick (Rybeck) and pretend we have never seen them before.
Those moron fans cheer stupidity at anything the WWE does like when the RAW mystery GM turned out to be Hornswoggle (to me the stupidest angle the WWE ever did). Smarks turn their noses up at angles like that for the sheer arrogance and stupidity of the angle and Vince hates us for that. |

Speaking of Vince.
Tonight on Raw he will be giving Paul Heyman a performance evaluation. what exactly will he be grading here? how good or bad he was at carrying CM Punk's title? ( I think he did a sterling job carrying that title by the way) It's not like he has a general manager job or anything. Guess it might just be another of those lets be a bully nights and put Paul down as much as possible. |

I'm still holding out hope that they have proof that it wasn't the Shield doing the run-in last night; maybe there's a shot from someone's camera flash that shows it to be random (un-named & never-again-mentioned) indy guys doing the attack, or it's three guys in masks but the Shield has proof that they were somewhere else at the time ... and then the belt is returned to Punk or at least held-up & contested for at the Elimination Chamber (I'd mark out for Punk vs. Rock vs Jericho vs. Bryan vs. Kane vs. Lesnar).
It's sad that a "Dusty Finish" is the better ending to the Main Event from last night. And I don't know why they think they need a "Rock vs Cena" money-match @ Mania. The show sold out in minutes without a match announced, and will sell more PPV #s than any other wrestling PPV this year - why not put on a show that will help push the money-making longer term instead of blowing their load on the one show? |

It's one thing when a heel is unloading on a fat guy in the audience to get heat, but it's another when announcers are cackling like feral dogs over it into the mic. |

I think Heyman is great in what he does. Same thing with Vicki and even Laurenitis. They are there to be heel managers, GMs, advisors or whatever the current buzzword is and serve a variety of functions.
Sometimes they help get new talent over like Vicki did with Ziggler or in this case the slimy and arrogant Paul Heyman walking to the ring with Punk and holding his championship belt. They are the people we love to hate and I respect the job they do. |

Found this cool little tidbit that happened before the start of the PPV:
Tool guitarist Adam Jones proposed to his girlfriend Karin before the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. A message appeared on screen, then Jones got on one knee and gave her a ring. You can see the footage on WWE's website. Jones last performed the national anthem at the SummerSlam event in Los Angeles in 2011. He wrote on his Facebook page that Triple H and Stephanie McMahon are Tool fans and invited him to perform. Jones also granted Vince McMahon's request for a demo tape.

Suppoedly Darren Young was injured at the RR. When he was tossed out of the ring the refs sent the dreaded "X" sign.
People at the arena said the Shield was under the ring, jumped out and killed the Rock, then slid back under the ring when the lights came back on. |

I saw Dean Ambrose in the background when the lights came on for a second or so during the match. We'll see what CM Punk and Paul Hayman have to say in tonight's RAW.
