Question about the 10 posts/ 24 hours rule, does that include the General Discussion forum, or is it towards forums meant for posting content/links?

10 is 10. This also includes posts that say "Hey, thanks for the upload" and "Wow, she's got nice boobs" as well as well thought out responses to technical or social issues brought up within General Discussion or site/computer help areas. Posting quality contribution material within the General Discussion area (GD) as well as elsewhere on PS shall help you on your way to breaking free from this restriction. Look for areas where you can help, and contribute where you think an opinion or content matters. If your posts are noticed and are conducive to the rules of the board, you will surely be promoted. Realistically though, there's not much need to submit more than 10 posts within a 24 hour period unless you're playing the forum games (I only average about 7/day right now).
