I think that though Audrey Bitoni is as vanilla as one can get (never did gangbangs, orgies, anal, dp, IR) she is still energetic enough in many of her scenes. The fact that she smiles in many of them is a big turn on. While I've seen pornstars who go a lot crazier than her while being fucked, I've seen a lot of worse performers too.

Jenna Jameson in my opinion was a very good lesbian perfomer and her B/G scenes weren't ruined by her performance. Matter of fact, she was a really good performer, IMHO. The fact that she doesn't really have a very good scene out is due to horrible producing and directing (she has many potentially good scenes with her then-husband that were totally ruined by effects, bad lighting, horrible cutting, stupid music). This fact still pisses me of, she was freaking beautiful until she went fully crackmode. Sorry for this sort of off topic rant

Worst performer to me is Nicole Aniston. She is hot, but completely lacks energy in her scenes and is visibly disgusted by cum.

This may be a bit of a controversial pick, but another performer I strongly dislike is Annette Haven.
