While I lean towards keeping it natural you make a good point. Jayden James is another star that, I think, has improved her look post-boob job. Back in the day Ashlyn Gere had a real nice set. Julia Ann is another that comes to mind.
On the flip-side Phoenix Marie's first boob job looked okay but she had a second surgery to go bigger and now her body proportion is all out of whack.

To each his own, as the saying goes. Maybe over time they will look more natural but right now they are so obviously fake and look like if you felt them it would be like fondling a pair of softballs.

That's the key isn't it - I've met 6 or 7 porn star and upscale escorts ranging from enhanced to bloody enormous and in all but one case they all looked far better than they felt.

It's the same when watching porn. At rest when standing or leaning back some fake breasts can look great but when the action starts the movement (or lack of it) can be very disturbing. My greatest turn off is when a girl is leaning forward (as in doggie) and each boob has a sort of double swing where the natural flesh near the nipple has one movement and the implant has another. Also in this position you usually see what look like enhanced stretch marks as the weight of the implant pulls on the skin.
