I would hope it would go TKO. Submissions are totally legit I think as their logical conclusion (in a real fight) would be total impairment of a limb or unconsciousness. Either way the person applying the submission would clearly win but in a controlled match, it just isnt as fun when you see two fighters who hate each other use submissions.

Last I heard they the fight is off and there are no plan for them to fight anytime soon. Basically it a big UFC soap opera.

First they were supposed throw down at UFC 107 in Dec but Jackson accepted the role as B.A. Barracus in the film A-Team and is now filming. So it was to be postponed to a later date. Then Dana made some derogative comments regarding Rampages decision to delay the fight. Long story short, that did not sit well with Jackson and he posted on his website he was now leaving the UFC indefinitely.

All I know is they sound like a bunch of teenage girls with all the BS drama going on. So who knows.

Actually I'm here to correct you. Rampage did not "accept" the role, he auditioned for it.

I agree he will be back. No doubt.

Not following to why you say he did not accept the role. He did audition and got the part. I knew before they started production there where rumors if he took the role or not. Once they started filling in October and released photos from the production it was confirmed Jackson was playing B.A..

I didn't explain myself then properly. My bad. Yes I know he got the part. But what I meant about "not accepting" was that, it wasn't like "Come and be BA, tha part is yours, no auditioning".

At the UFC 106 Q&A Dana said he wants to get Rampage in there with the winner of the Thiago/Rashad fight at UFC 108. but it might be Dana being Dana so we'll have to see.
