One thing has been wrong since 70's: Diseases and fucked up life style of performers.
Porn performers should take their work seriously and not being drug addict jackasses like John Holmes (just an example).
In "real" movie industry there's some rules to follow.
Actors who have played James Bond had a ban to use tuxedos in other movies.
Porn performers should have safe sex in their private lifes and not to get fucked in the ass by some Brazilian tranny and contradict HIV.
And there's other nasty viruses too.
There should be better control than AIM. I wouldn't cast anyone with herpes, condyloma or any such virus based disease.
Same thing with drugs... also risk to business.
One dose of bad shit and you got Hepatitis or HIV.

Prolapse is one of my most important pet-peeves. I know it can happen, but I certainly don't want to see it. I like seeing a good hard anal fuck, but only that, a bit of gaping is the limit for me.

Cumplay is another one, it ruins the whole scene for me. Swallow the stuff or spit it out, graciously. I don't want to see it being gurgled, spit out and licked from any type of crockery or scraped from the floor and then licked. Yuk.

I also generally avoid scenes with condoms. I now it's safer for the people involved, but I watch porn to see people pretending to be horny as hell and devoid of any taboo or morals, condoms don't fit in that fantasy.
